Refund policy

At Clickkey, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging.

Please note: gift cards and discounted/sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you a confirmation. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us before returning the original item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
